Some of us already have ..... il just leave that thereSo we all need to start up scrap yards![]()
I have put them in just some red oxide at the moment to protect them it's going to be awhile before I'm ready to get them on and mountedThat panelwork is amazing though. Tip for priming bare metal for you, use a 2k etch primer. I always use Tetrosyl, but others are available, it will bond to the metal like you would not believe.
A firm local to me in Cheshire called Direct Hydraulics made me a couple of really good replacement cylinders for sensible money. The main bloke’s name is Ric and his number is 07976370901.Can anyone recommend a hydraulics company need a full replacement for these

Yep, I had a manifold and full exhaust on a mk1 focus Rs, should of never sold any of it! Stunning things, thus why it lived on the dining room table until I fit itseen some of their manifolds, work of art!
presumably the NiCad operates the solenoid? can you not use the main battery to engage it with .... if it's a lower voltage, could always put a HD wire wound resistor in series, to drop the voltage if needed?UPDATE
Mounted the engine very weird starter it has a ni-cad battery separate to the main battery that has to be charged so the starter motor to kick in obviously that battery had died ended up by passing that and and great news it starts and runs unfortunately I'm now moving house so it has all been packed up ready to move
