Kinshofer grab that taken a beating and ripped the thread out of valve block

Liebherr with faulty sprocket bolts, all bolts removed eventually, refit loctite and torque

Call out down to Newcastle to get this crane back up and running so they can continue to train there delegates

Cock up of a job. Supposed to install new undercarriage, removed chain and took all track pads off, went to put new segments on and bolts loose on final drive.

cat have changed the segments on the new D6 to have M18 holes over 5/8 and also added another link into the chain meaning you can’t use chains or segments from Last model D6.

chain pitch and rollers all identical

Slew motor loose and bolts sheared.
Breaker valve bolts snapped in block also repaired

Tried that but due to being an Ali block it literally pulled all the threads clean out
Found a place locally called low cost spares that keeps just about every part imaginable for hiab, palfinger, effer and Kinshofer on the shelf.

Scania Skip lorry with hydraulic fault

Deici roto with non drive fault, had to get main dealer out as they wouldn’t give us any information, really poor show

3cx with a couple of faults, also replaced the back end oils and filter and transformed the drive of this machine

Replacement sprockets, top rollers, a couple of botttom rollers and a link taken out of each side.

track press comes into its own on these jobs

install low flow rotation lines and valves

electro hydraulic pilot controls for the shear and rotation circuit
