FB don't allow phone numbers - I put a link to market place listing - can't you access that ?
I searched for Joe Mowatt - found the ad and they automatically signed me up

Thanks Druid, I can access the link you posted now. I have messaged my transporter as it's a long way north, and will see what price he comes back with before I contact the vendor.

When I read back on this thread, I come across as the ass that I hate.......
It's not that, I would have gone and bought a 3 k hours 1.5 machine without your advice. You guys have put me right, I am just struggling to make the planet's align. Even that sounds lame........

She's a beaut. Definitely worth hanging out for the right machine. No benefit to be gained from buying a dog quickly. My best used machines I've bought have all been when I wasn't really looking that hard but just kept an open eye out and critically having the money in the bank so that when something comes up there's no delay. also gut feeling, if there's any indecision it's probably your instincts telling you to hold off.

So after another 2 weeks of fruitless searching, I have decided that a compromise may be in order. At just short of 2t, a cabed CAT 301.7d is coming up shortly from a forum member. No numbers or dates as yet, but I have researched these machines and they seem to fair well in people's reviews. What do you guys think?

Owner operator machines are hard to come by. So if say go for it. It's a Wacker neuson the slightly smaller version of mine but will be a decent machine!

could do a hell of a lot worse for what he wants to do and it's easily road-ed over there -- reckon it'd be nigh on a perfect weapon (and an earner too):cool:(y)(y)
show the man what's on offer Boyo
Unfortunately it wouldn't for down the track to my lake, I'm scraping the paint off my Freelander going up and down πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚...... Would be great at home though ...... Wonder if I can get the wife to sign off on 2 machines πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
