Having happily said a few months back I was of the opinion politics where rapidly sliding into a 1930's Germany vibe I can confirm we are still in the right track.

A slightly unsavoury group of characters are talking more sense than the more current leaders, and to be honest I can see them getting in...... Nothing wrong with it and will do the country alot of good to have a major shock and change from the stagnant cess we have had to date.

I just hope everyone that backs reform will step in to stop the paki in the corner shop being robbed or burned out should the world continue to get nastier.
Nah...everyone's far to nice for that sorta thing .
Labour will get in but not by the massive majority they claim and everyone will be just as pissed off with them in two years time.

I can see a hung parliament.

The Tory's are out..... Without doubt. I can see half there votes going walkies split between labour and reform.

The wildcard is the Lib Dems..... Who have done a wholly unsatisfactory job of marketing themselves.... Was really there time to shine and they have squandered it.

I can't see it myself. I did think initially there could have been a Tory/reform coalition potential. but can't see that happening now and think labour will win the majority. Almost every one I speak to is either reform or a regrettable Tory vote. But then I forget that something like 80% of people live in cities/large towns/labour hot spots and these are places I don't go to so my outlook is bias.

what the government is trying to do to the farming industry and farmers is scandalous ATM ... hardly surprising some're feeling suicidal TBH :(
I have a lot of sympathy for them .. but NOT for their cavalier, cowboy behaviour in some areas of what they do/get away with.
Could tell you a few stories going on around here ATM that'd make your hair curl ...
and IMHDO wing nut is leading the charge from out of plain sight, in the wings .... 🤬
Him and his WEF mates 🤬🤬🤬

I don't think there is any problem with immigration at all. It's just the uncontrolled bit thats a worry. We are living on a very little rock and we have been over populated for a long time. Couple this with planting trees on half the land and building houses on the other half we haven't got much hope.

Getting dirty now just before the election
See, I heard this and really wasn't surprised if that's the game that's been played. Its hard to shake off that rhetoric and the media stirring it up again definitely doesn't help the reform cause.
Then I saw the other footage of the party organisers in the pub chatting about various issues. No doubt they show some very unpleasant views on gays, immigration and religion, regardless of them being "drunk" or not. People tend to speak their real thoughts when drunk - its a window into the truth.
However, my local Conservative MP has also consistently voted against gay rights, so if that's a topic important to me then I guess they are both the same really...
Its just that nobody has secretly filmed him in the pub, no doubt goaded into a conversation about the topic....

Not sure any of them are perfect, and it takes some strong views to give yourself the encouragement to stand up and run for parliament. And good robust views are important to debate, and we should not be afraid of that!

That is the problem if you have a view that is different to the media you are vilified as a bigot racist etc.
