done sweet FA in 5 days ....
felt like I'd been run down by a train this morning ...
body is quietly getting on top of the chest full of tish and almost incessant dry cough ...
Pam's further ahead and improving, but we're both testing -ve
I'm not so sure though
not as wiped out as I was in Jan. '20, but pretty wrecked .... will keep you apprised

the train came by for a couple more go,s last night ... not long surfaced ... whatever this is, it is majorly crap

unless a miracle cure, lands in the post, in the next two days Stu, I'm afraid Friday's rendezvous is going to be a non starter ... you deffo do not want to take this home with you

took 3 weeks to get back to " normal" ,lethargic ,tired ,lack of concentration , etc horrible thing cobid

nah Stu .... not me ..
after a rude awakening at 07.00 by Squeak, bringing me his latest victim ....
and then 20 minutes catching the bloody thing, dragging some clothes on and coming down to repatriate said moooose to the garden, I was wide awake and absolutely knackered ...
made us both a cuppa and collapsed on the settee in the kitchen ....
Pam came down, woke me up and said "go back to bed" ....
surfaced about three for some breakfast, still bollo-ed then stretched out again ...
... wasn't feeling so bad last night ...
completely wrecked again today ...
body is all over the shop ...
will give you a call shortly when the paracetamol gets control of the banging head ...

'least I've managed to shift 75-80?% of the crap off my chest and can sleep relatively well, in fits and starts ... sweats and shivers ain't helping that score though ...
BP fine/normal for me, as is my temperature .. run my hand over my scalp and feels like I'm doing it with a wire brush

she's pretty cocky already about her GF baking (deservedly so though TBH )
Pity that Clara, et al, had to slide off early ... they seemed to be having fun, but they're off away tomorrow and Vicki had tish to sort .. was nice for us to get to see 'em 'fore they went.

Chippy tea sounds delish ... making my mouth water, but've had ours, so'll have to give some of that Cornish Contraband, you kindly delivered, a try with a cuppa ...

all you biccy scoffers out there .... eat yer hearts out

I just hope I kept enough distance not to give you anything unwanted to take back south
wouldn't be for the want hand gel-ing

The rain and wet n the roads helped cool them I think as it bloody hot in-between the wet patches on way up

and that's the reason I bought a Great Dane Super Surfer .... loads of sit ons about, but no bale out /ejector seat facility for when you'm in the sh1t ... with a surfer you simply step off the back

When I visited other week I reckon I can with the countax

I've done most of it with the Countax Stu, but there are bits that're hairy, even on the Dane .... I'll get Pam to video some of the iffier bits ... when I'm up to it again

forget the bank on the right .. 's not poss .. and I have tried ...... and the lower areas on the left, are as steep or steeper
just can't keep the uphill wheels on the deck ... doesn't look much ... but it is

Day 19 of Druid unwellness and starting to feel a tad more normal - at last ... 32 in the shade all day again ... hasn't helped the last week's recovery, but slowly getting there ... only plus side is the grass ain't grown a lot, so's not needed mowing .... next few day's forecast dampness is going to change that though, so'll hopefully be up to the job later in the week
All this lovely dryness and I've done sweet FA .......
