had a few hours on it this afternoon got a two slice spool valve so can operate the rams individually to get it up and down smoothly, the rams are from an old muck grab that came in the scrap a few years back that I kept, the box section on the ends are from a portacabin

the valve and pipes are from a luggage conveyer, the “blade” is a old school rsj (very heavy duty) stud iron from a demo job along with the 12” channel that it’s mounted to.
I’ve only tacked the rams on as they will be pushing, plus I can whip them off when I need them for another project.
So total cost is a few hours of time

should be folding mesh tomorrow
just got to make the die? (bottom bit) not going to use a angle iron in a V shape as it won’t bend 90* when realised
(need to over bend stuff) but got an idea on that one
