That's still what they call a 100a supply. Pretty low for what you were using and low standing charge

TBH I was lucky it had a 100A, 3 phase supply, when I bought the place - would've been 'fierce' getting one put in - we could certainly get the little old meter wheel fairly whizzing when we were all at it

Remember an uncle of mine had a desk fan blowing at the main DB when he ran a few machines
