Trouble is they run out of un relatededs so end up interfking so the problem becomes worse as all the kids end up spacced. Although of course all more benefits.

That's before you start on a certain ethnic group who only intermarry and the state of their kids...
Ah it's a wonderful life.
Mate of mines just got back from Oregon . Been for 3 months on a job. Says he'd move there tomorrow happily.. mmmm 🤔
he's not the only one ... too old and too many commitments -- beautiful state

They just allow an extra day in shutdown time and money to clean and repair. The cleaning is the most important job, and they like that done off site.

They also allow two days for digging out, and with the tilty this time we were done in five hours. The bottleneck is their utterly useless forklift drivers.
rare to find an FLT operator who can actually use it properly, let alone to its fullest ... but when you take a look at the test, it's hardly surprising -- it's just a job and few take pride in being able to 'really' drive/operate one well :(:(
I despair watching some at the wheel/levers

I don't but the "affordables" are now finished and occupied up other end of lane.
It's ace we've now got a nice new diverse population in the village. All with electric cars and nice kids thrashing up the lane with no helmets or exhausts on crossers at night.
How come folk in new "council houses" all have two decent cars and yet folk who've grafted all their lives make do with an old van and Corsa for the Mrs and lived their life on same house on the lane? Strange times.
have said it so many times ... credit is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooo easy to get with no hope of ever redeeming it .... and the state's handouts simply perpetuates their abilities to do so :mad::mad:
Because we reward failure in this society..... Rather than awarding punitive employment for those who can't be f***ed.

Let it never be said the workhouse was unnecessary.
totally, utterly bang on (y)

Lad I know took over his dad’s groundworks business. Does pretty well for himself as you’d expect. Just spent 600k on a four bed semi detached ex council in the local town.

Two doors down lives a woman I know with four kids. Carefully spaced out of course.
:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops: for an ex council FFS .... yeh I know your area is crazy but that is beyond :oops:

Our tester used to be UK champ or something.

Vast majority of fork work I'd assume is just loading and unload pallets from trucks. So most will never get a proper challenge to test the skills and most muppets will still load a lorry with reasonable skills.

Age old saying of drivers and screwdrivers....but you'll never know til they need to think outside the box or use the full working range...

..same can be said for other things too 🤪

Had a bit of an erection today.
This one was awkward as no room to get in about it so had to hiab it all over the top from the other side of the tanks.

Gave her a clean- it’s starting to look its age 😞. I reckon it’s owner for the first 380 hours must have kept it indoors.

It’s now on 750 hours. I know the first service was done as I checked with the main dealer before purchase. But this service is a few hours overdue 🤦‍♂️

Very easy to work on- it’s a novelty for me to be working on a machine large enough to get underneath comfortably.

yesterdays messin - someone cheap had connected a house waste water up to the rainwater chamber - 3 years later it got sussed and he wouldn't come back, muggings here felt a bit sorry for Gran who lived on her own so in true @doobin style I put it right before promptly marching her to the cashpoint.
Big digger wouldn't fit round house side but handy having little digger and dumper on the front of skip, off loading them by the side and leaving sand for the job on the back.

Then today started a job for a german guy we have done a load of work for so got convinced into traveling over an hour away 🤦‍♂️ anyhow all made sense when it dawned on me I can put the little bike on the back with the materials, leave the truck there and take the tracks home for a few nights 💡 :)

So you decided to leave the skip with the bend in it then? It's always a pisser at the time but we always seem to live with it until later...(later never usually arrives tho🤪)
