Ours isn't due for a bit and it's an amber warning so I predict about 3mm which turns to slush by the morning. Which isn't enough to close schools according to my lads.🤣

Had a fair wedge when I went to sleep last night. Enough to make everything solidly white. All gone this morning.
started raining here 'bout half twelve, but didn't last long - thawing well this morning - half of it gone, but still very white and turned to wet/slushy white shite

Most of ours has gone
just cleared 2" of it from round the house and down to the woodshed, save dragging it into the house, fetching tonight's firewood up ... melting well and raining again here ... if it doesn't freeze tonight (and it ain't 'sposed to) will be gone tomorrow, which is supposed to be a blue sky day
can't see for fog here ATM, but temp is well up - could do with a bit of wind now .
