Was 12 degrees in Aberlour last night and they had the little Kubota out spraying salt on the pavements next time it'll be -8 and no little Kubota to be seen you couldn't make it up what goes on sometimes.

That is so true, been doing this most of my working life and it still amazes me how quickly a job can change, something that was relatively easy and straightforward becomes a real challenge.
Fortunately we had all the hardcore from the original house that was on the site crushed so we have some decent hardstanding.

Yep those couple of weeks in Feb were a false dawn for sure

Had the gazebo up trying to keep some stuff dry and refugee from worst of the rain but it’s no fun playing at wood butcher when it’s soaking

Started a cut and fill job for a 60x40 ft shed to go on 2 weeks ago 3rd day called it quits as too wet and haven't been back since been on lorry all this week
Dug out the lorry that the clutch went on me today parked next to it with 5t on the Beaver tail and loaded another one of ours opposite side of beaver tail the load has gained 200kg from the rain since Wednesday evening
