There was a heck of a lot of water around yesterday evening after the fast melt and a fair bit of rain. Froze in the night though and snowed again, nothing serious.

and blew like fook
early start this morning ... like 5 am .. UPS alarm going off .. no leccy ...... had been off half hour or so looking at the 75% display on the UPS .. rang 'em to see what the score was ...ash tree downed the lines, bottom of our lane -- 10am earliest.
"Ok .. I'll go open the gates for a genny .. on the priority list ..fridge is up to 4.5C ... 6C and me drugs're knackered "
two nice blokes from whatever they're currently called turned up at seven and lashed me meter into the genny and I made 'em some coffee and toast ... fridge up to 5.5C ... slow response this morning ... usually here in 60-70 min.s outside, fairplay
I'm on screensaver - it's Harper/Clara day .. gotta go get trouble #2 in three minutes :rolleyes::giggle:

I am babysitting my clients new build this week while he is away.
Progress is slowly being made despite the rain as we are now on the rendered top half of the house. Biggest issue today is the proxy wind trying to blow 4 courses of blocks over!!

I've worked 8 days in March. Ridiculous really. Mainly weather related but also a trip to London lost some time. But yeah this March has been dreadful. Fortunately I had a good enough Feb and Jan so can weather the storm a bit but still doesn't stop the cabin fever😬
