Drove through a flood in hilux back in 2015 wasn't up to bonnet but not terribly far off. Looked in mirror and a fella in a merc estate was watching me go through before following me through. Didn't even get to the deep bit before car packed in. I sat and watched for a bit from further along and thought should i go back. Never bothered in the end he needed to learn the hard way.Never charged
One last year stands out...couple in nice BMW , RAC had just driven off. "Sorry mate we can't get wet" ring us back when waters receeded!" Wtf could have taken days, hauled em out back to pub carpark. What they were supposed to do I've no idea. Water was hardly a foot deep. But in lowered Beemer.
