Woken at 2 this morning by the biggest thunderstorm we've had in years. Looked at the lightning map and the southeast was solid yellowThunder and lightening now too

yep .. been a hell of a night .... was sposed to piss down yesterday - nada - nothing all day, 'til about 8 last night .. then early hours WW4 in the sky

seems odd to be getting so much thunder in current temperatures?
I was always taught you needed warm, humid conditions for a viable thunder storm ???
storms we've had the last few years have occurred with neither of these present ?????
and as for 'winter' thunder storms ..... WTF is that all about???

27 degrees on the dash when I got in the truck this afternoon! Settled to 23/22 after driving half a hour!! Bloody roasting!

Weird how 200miles north and 20odd c and lovely day..by far best yet this year . But naff tomorrow.

probably not your turn for 'seeding' today .... what's your location like in relation to flight paths .... we must get circa 100 flights over here daily ... can see 20 odd vapour trails in an hour some mornings - when the sky is clear enough to
all that unburnt kero must have an effect if now't else

Sorry don't really buy that jet stream stuff...in fact i don't believe that mere mortal man has any impact at all on the weather....

cloud seeding is an established thing .... ask the rag heads who flooded their city recently
