Back then there was a dealer minutes from my door, they are now a 2 hour drive away.Always wanted to have ago on one, such a hard machine to track down and dealers very few and far between back then too! Shame they gave it up
I`ve never been on one myself, but a couple of people I know (CAT and JCB men), said the same, one didn`t rate the front end either, blaming the single crowd ram.I’ve heard lots of owners rave about the Volvos over the years and I personally think they look a very smart machine.A good mate of mine worked for a company that ran half a dozen backhoes and they changed their fermec and cat machines for Volvo and apparently the drivers hated them,my mate included, reckoned they were too big and clumsy compared to the ootgoing machines.
Pictures or it has'nt happened and then no sticker!!![]()
It would do someone on a bit of a small holding etc yeah - might buy it for yard - starts with a 3What a brilliant machine they were and streets ahead of jcb at the time.sad to see the state of it but will still do a job I'm sure.must be at least 40 years old.I reckon £5k value at a guess
