Agriculture vehicle isn't restricted on distance, only agricultural goods. You can go lands end to John's on contracting duties but on red no bother.
It’s not Agri tho is it? Unless it’s been specifically registered as AGRi? Mostly they are Construction equipment.. not sure on distance rules for that as I didn’t ever have any issues with it.

Distance rules for digging machine are unlimited, works trucks used to have a set distance but it actually concerned the use of rebated fuel...... Nice new loophole has been created now as there is very little stopping people using A25c's as tippers for personal or own use now.

But I think as Graham said that machine in particular is Agri taxed.
