do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
I fitted a new hoist ram (which I had spare ) today as one was weeping and serviced it , changed final drive oils and then gave it a wee work out after and the ram seems fine and more importantly the filter is still in one piece .
It will get a good work out at the weekend to see if it is all good but it certainly is going in the right direction . I have one wee issue now that has been on it for years but I’d like to sort it if at all possible but it won’t be the end of the world if I can’t .
The auto idle will only work manually . It won’t work on auto . It works manually if I press the button on top of the lever but not on auto.
I checked the diagnostics on the machine and it is set to cut in after 9 seconds . When auto is selected it highlights in the dash that it is on.
I will post a pic from the electrical layout for it see if anyone has any ideas
9 seconds seems a long delay - is it programable / alter-able?
Drema (when it was working) was summat like 4-5 seconds and instant pick up, but mine is a hydraulic system driven by the load sensing system . It gave up the ghost a while ago and I fitted a manual cable to the throttle. I ought to strip the controlling cylinder and clean it - might have some tish in there causing the issues.
That is however controlled by 4 buttons on the dash ... 1200, 1500, 2000 & 2250 rpm, so **** knows how that governs the hydraulic throttle actuator???:unsure::unsure:
