:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: " Morgan Sindall is using its own carbon mapping software, CarboniCa, to track carbon emissions on-site. To boost its eco credentials, it has asked staff and suppliers to use only low-emission transport to get to and from site. " :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

on site equipment will continue to burn coal :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

big risk ... bet they get burnt on it
assuming they're still about to do the job

" The scale of the rebuild facing Sir Robert McAlpine’s new chief executive was underlined this morning after the firm said it sank to a pre-tax loss of more than £100m last year which it blamed on four problem jobs and restructuring costs. "

and yet they're still trading ?? HTF do you handle a £100m loss and still stay afloat (unless of course the Co. are billionaires  )

" Taylor Wimpey’s pre-tax profit has dropped significantly on the back of soaring fire safety remediation costs.
Results for the half-year to 30 June 2024, published this morning, showed pre-tax profit of £99.7m, down 58% from £237.7m in the same period the year prior.
" ... should've done it properly first time

I’ve fitted Nest, Hive and Tado controls for customers but never really used them much myself. The other half has a Hive setup from years ago that I fitted when we moved in together but rarely use it tbh.
