Tempting fate but 18 months on same iPhone 11 Pro few screen protectors and light weight case but lasted longest so far, usual average was 4/5 months on all iPhones from the 4 up.

S10+ here also which been damn good phone but bit tired now admittedly I'm not in the s**t all day long with it though ...Otter box get my vote as good case...
These look good cases...and hopefully bombproof litterally 🙄🤪

Often pondered wtf there's not more proper rugged work phones...I mean drop most phones without a decent case and they're toast.🤷

Beacause a decent case solves the issue as well as can be expected?

Typically after replying the other day went and dropped my phone getting out of the pickup and watched it bounce down the road a bit, still going strong 😆

I'm really struggling with this phone now, will need to pull the trigger and order something. Anyone tried the new Motorola defy?
I had the old one about 8 years ago and was basic but quite sturdy.

The nokia xr20 I got last week, Has just run the battery right down for the first time, so near as damm it 4 full days, with normal usage for me bar playing around with the setting when I first turned it on.
Screen seems bright enough in sunlight, the ring and speaker seem loud enough.
I`ve not dropped it, or submerged it yet 😬 so cant report on that. Only had it damp when we got soaked yesterday.
I`ve had to play with the setting to make it drive like the old phone.
One downside I found is the power button, is flush with the case, it could do with a dimple on it so you can easily find it, when wanting to open the screen up.

Looks like the 2 main contenders for me are:

Cat s62
Nokia xr20

Crack in screen has grown, and is growing exponentially...

Did see a land rover phone that looked like it had some interesting features like an extra battery that you can stick on with a magnet... just not sure if in want a phone from a car manufacturer 🤔

I think the land rover phones are made by the same company as the cat phones.
I don't know if there is a price difference but you used to be able to get the cat phones without cat written on them

so I have had my ulefone armor 11t 5g for a few weeks and its crap, randomly decides it does not want to be a phone and not make or receive calls regardless of having full signal and 5g
changing from the stock phone app to google or a different version makes no odds, it will randomly work via handsfree in the van then just not work, it will even receive a call then literally 5 mins later stop making or receiving calls again.
so looks like its back to the trusty cat phone for the time being if I can get it back off my boy
