Same here, today mine decided to drop another track roller l, they are out tomorrow to fix the horn, replace that roller and try and take some of the play out of the king posts as it knocks like a twat all day

is that on your dx10?

I steamed my e10 off at the weekend and had a good look over it. One bottom roller is loose, there’s some play in the kingpost, aswell as the offset pin joint. Mine has done 1100 hours and is ex-hire mind! I also have an intermittent small hyd leak, but can’t find where its actually coming from.

Had a leak from where the pump meets the engine block. I'm going to clean mine as it caked in grease and maybe get some love back for it. I bought a hot wash pressure washer at an auction so will see if it actually works or whether I bought an expensive door stopper, will try and use that or rags and degreaser

Just don't bake crap on with heat. I tend you use my hot wash for really oily greasy stuff but usually just use cold.

Or stress corrosion fracture, would they try to thaw out frozen tracks with salt ?

would say he's been sat in a hole at the edge closest, in pic, getting more depth/reach, tracked it the wrong way and simply rolled into there .. boom up, dipper in, intent on backing out of his scrape ...... hell of a good PS job if it is
