They should have a requirement of attending at least 80% of the time not pick and choose what they want to see. They might actually learn something then
everyone else is expected to attend their place of employment 100% of the time unless sick or on pre-booked holiday leave ... as they get X+++ weeks holiday every year, they should be there 100% of the time between their extended jollies

Agree with a lot of your comments but I don’t see the conservatives coming back to power. Sunak was the last conservative PM for a very long time.
I don't think so. We on here and within our own circles probably have a similar outlook. But for everyone of us there's another 10 who see the world through the likes of the Guardian and BBC . Whatever- each to their own but just don't think the numbers will be there to get behind the likes of Farage when it comes to it.
The key to a Farage victory is him building a credible party/ shadow cabinet which we can all have some faith in to get the job done. There's time but I was a bit disappointed when he took a back seat with the Brexit negotiations after the vote. Thought he could have played a bigger part there, I know he wasn't in the government but he literally disappeared for a good 18 months! Don't want to see him backing away from this opportunity at the next election
when he just stepped back from it after all the stuff he kept on about that was him out of any interest from me. he was happy to be a mep and fill his boots, i am not really sure why he chucked it in either, i personally would not vote for him after all that. and dont want him to get the chance to do the same sort of thing again.
as above he wasnt in any form of power, he also stepped back for boris to get a 80 seat majority.i think he thought boris would get the job done ,but boris was a prick,its only recently has farage gained a seat .with more votes than the lib dems
