I've got plans to build racking like that down the side of one of my containers, shelves for ground mats, 8x,4s- be so much easier, efficient and tidy to slide them straight off the truck onto a rack when unloading- and steel.
As for forklifts, they've
got to be the best value, most fit for purpose bit of plant there is! My mate has a little Nissan, similar to that one, paid 1500 quid for it 5 years ago, works absolutely spot on, lovely to drive, cheap to run.
I'd have at least one in the yard and barn if the ground was suitable, but it's either sloped planings or sloped concrete with a steep bit in the doorway

I've got the loader and access to a telehandler, but as soon as you need off road ability, the price goes way up and manoeuvrability goes down!

another mate has an old manitou rough terrain forklift, that would be a good compromise for my place, and over double the lift of my loader for 3 or 4k
