Couldn't you reach your locks even on tip toes!

????? I'm looking down on that Dyl ... lock is about 2ft off the floor and frozen solid, despite regular quirts of WD and getting filled with engine oil now and again

Drinking plenty of fluids earlier would of helped also

Didn’t take the photo….but -11 on the dash here this morning. The weather station was -11.2. Drive the car 10mins before it got anything resembling warm air out of it!! I think I have turned off the seperate heater. Will look for the instructions if I head out anywhere tomorrow!!

I worked on farms and it was always the pto shaft. bit easier as was frozen to the floor

Pretty cold in the yard- digger bucket was completely frozen to the skidsteer bucket, and its been inside a container since Saturday. I was pulling on the bucket as hard as I could and it was rocking the whole machine!
Massive block of ice in the chipper Shute.
But it was pretty nice working in the yard today, sunny and dry, 2 jumpers and I wasn't feeling cold

Absolute monster of a yew will be milling the butt at some point. But didn't fancy my luck taking trailer up a steep grass bank that was frozen solid today...would only have ended one way 🫣
