Thanks Ian (y):giggle: ... bet it's a bit drier and warmer there  ... probably too warm most of the time .. 22/23c and shirt sleeves'd suit me for 10 months of the year, dipping to maybe 18C for the others :ROFLMAO:
Warmer, but not drier.
Daily temp 32~34C
A month into the wet season, so it's 90% humidity except when it's raining (and it does that a lot).

WP_20220607_12_05_32_Pro.jpg

WP_20220607_12_23_57_Pro.jpg

and yet more
WP_20220607_12_55_32_Pro.jpg

getting the idea?
WP_20220607_12_55_32_Pro.jpg
WP_20220607_13_21_32_Pro.jpg

all bits stitched up for the support framework ..
WP_20220607_13_49_33_Pro.jpg

slight **** up .... intermediate legs were 644 and intermediate horizontals were 625 .... picked up the wrong bit and ferked if I was taking the 625 back out .... easier solution was to swap the extra 19mm ....
WP_20220607_14_08_31_Pro.jpg
WP_20220607_14_08_37_Pro.jpg

sat beautifully on all 6 legs ... .. will put the feet on last thing ......
inverted and some plates de-burred ... first one went in like a glove ....
WP_20220607_14_24_38_Pro.jpg

followed by the second ......
WP_20220607_14_37_41_Pro.jpg

at which point it proceeded to spit with rain ....

so everything (MIG, squares, etc.) went away PDQ as the spits got more persistent .... clamps'll just have to shrug it off ......

nah ... he's not going to be doing anything heavy/major on it ... and is going to get well ribbed between the main frames ... 4mm plate I cut up the other day and nested the shelves out of it to give a max size worktop 680 x 2000 with virtually zero waste.
would be easy enough to upgrade it if he wanted to, but doubt he'll ever need to
