A month into the wet season, so it's 90% humidity except when it's raining (and it does that a lot).

Pam's pud from yesterday's lunch and my Clara decorated cake ... she loves topping Pam's cakes off, with anything she can find
bit wet this morning ... but hamster juice morning anyway
cut list sorted after lunch ... and a layout sketch
had dried out considerably by two and cleaned up the cut edges
then lead out, genny wound up and .....
off cut from first length
pattern cutting multiples
and all cut ...
off cut total, plus a 2.6m length out of 75 feet ... worked out well
got seriously rained on half way through, but I was set up, so carried on ....... if it doesn't rain in the morning, it'll get stuck together tomorrow.

even harder to get a decent pic of a black cat .... cameras never seem to know WTF to focus on

first middle bit

getting the idea?
all bits stitched up for the support framework ..
slight **** up .... intermediate legs were 644 and intermediate horizontals were 625 .... picked up the wrong bit and ferked if I was taking the 625 back out .... easier solution was to swap the extra 19mm ....
sat beautifully on all 6 legs ... .. will put the feet on last thing ......
inverted and some plates de-burred ... first one went in like a glove ....
followed by the second ......
at which point it proceeded to spit with rain ....

so everything (MIG, squares, etc.) went away PDQ as the spits got more persistent .... clamps'll just have to shrug it off ......
2.40, I'm gagging for a coffee, summat to nibble, I am getting WET...... and I gotta pick up Clara at ten past three.
Driving down, wipers full on .. properly coming down .... get to the school and it's dry as ... .. that means only one thing ..... an hour in the park/play area, between the village hall and the school ... end of play for me today

Nice, what's going on top? 10mm?so everything (MIG, squares, etc.) went away PDQ as the spits got more persistent .... clamps'll just have to shrug it off ......

nah ... he's not going to be doing anything heavy/major on it ... and is going to get well ribbed between the main frames ... 4mm plate I cut up the other day and nested the shelves out of it to give a max size worktop 680 x 2000 with virtually zero waste.
would be easy enough to upgrade it if he wanted to, but doubt he'll ever need to
