No step welding, sat facing south so got natural pre-heat. I went straight through end-to-end both sides.I'm wondering if step welding has been used and there are some tie ins too tidy to see so I'm going 30.

There’s not much left to weigh in when I’m finished, Gra. Usually the coating has all gone. When I learned to weld I was working for a tight-bottom. I had to stick my leftover bits of brazing wire together to get more out of them.it'll all weigh in![]()

Ok...prob a daft question . I'd have thought you guys would have an OEM puller ? Or do they not exist?Hi Bri is that a self made kit? Could do with one! Pneumatic or hydraulic?
Exactly the OEM ones either weigh 2 tonnes, or the are three legged, which can’t be adapted for pushing or pulling pins on booms/dipper/king post!Ok...prob a daft question . I'd have thought you guys would have an OEM puller ? Or do they not exist?
Looks nice shop built one that![]()
