For me it's ease of use and what it can do if you dread getting on the machine it's rubbish to me im not brand loyal but the tb216 I've used is a surprising machine moves ton bags around no problemYes, do your own research and form your own opinions.
Lots of people rave about certain models purely because they like the brand.
I'm a cat man but would I buy a cat micro? No. Although they ain't bad however they are wacker neuson. Again good but not for me
I haven't used a jcb for a few years so unsure on fuel all the bobcats I've used have been thirsty machinesEveryone loves to hate the 8008I was on one the other day... I actually thought in some ways it was nicer than the 8010. Much quieter and uses less fuel.
The micro will astound your with what it will do on five litres.I haven't used a jcb for a few years so unsure on fuel all the bobcats I've used have been thirsty machines
Similar to the kubota then as thats very economical hence why my choice is between the two but pilot controls are a winner and would prefer itThe micro will astound your with what it will do on five litres.
I wouldn’t care if it used twenty to be fair, it turns out so much work. Can’t beat servo leavers.
To be frank mate, if you're making a decision on a micro digger purchase based upon fuel economy, you're looking at it the wrong way! Diesel cost is naff all compared to labour, be it a fiver or a tenner a day, and a micro digger saved shovel work.Similar to the kubota then as thats very economical hence why my choice is between the two but pilot controls are a winner and would prefer it
Believe the one at barnes has been sold theres another in range in essex which im enquiring about as long as its just pins and bushes dont think id be too worried not a difficult job on a small machineOne thing I would consider is I'm not sure how well the E10 ages. I've driven a 1500 hour one and it was quite loose. To be fair I think it may have been abused but it's something to think about.
All micros tend to suffer with this- a lot less surface area on a 25mm pin than a 40mm one! Coupled with a lack of grease…One thing I would consider is I'm not sure how well the E10 ages. Id imagine replacement times would be reduced if the machine has been well greasedI was always told a good guide is a machine needs a partial rebuild at 1000hrs per tonne. So a 1500hr micro is fairly due for pins and bushes. Which I think is fair enough on such small pins
They still wear mate. 25mm is tiny for a pinId imagine replacement times would be reduced if the machine has been well greased

I've re-bushed the Micron many times ... but they're designed to wear ... 25mm MDPThey still wear mate. 25mm is tiny for a pin
What were you quoted? The savings on 0% finance would pay for a fair few hires in the interim!Finance prices are awful better off buying new for an e10 it seems and lead times are not good
