Your third pic lols like a gap both ends?The middle gusset has done this or should I say it was stuck out more than ends so edge has been pulled down to meet the ends so basically it's 5mm each end

Loving your work there, Stu. Sort of thing I’d do myself. But why don’t you spec the bucket with the wear strips on from new? And if you’re putting that extra edge on, why not have a bolt on edge?Yeah
any new grading bucket we put wear strips on and another cutting edge welded to bucket original one but can't remember ever having one bowed like this in the middle as I don't fancy having to bend our new edge to match this one's

I agree with you, on a positive, have heard good things about Keen so hopefully they’ll look after you, and sort it out.Aside from all that, you’ve paid your money, you’re not really happy with it, it should be right imo, I think you should be contacting them to get it rectified. But that’s just my opinion
