I was missing the controller so I’d hot wired it with trailer cable then got my control box wired it up but legs were out of level so took them all the way down (as in pushed them out to max) it levelled but then wouldn’t power the legs up ie retract them. Solenoid activating on down button but not motor.

Puzzling me, no fuse etc I can see

Those power packs are a pain. This is a regular problem on lorries that use the same pack for the ramps. I don't know how to solve it unfortunately as the lorries have multiple valves so as long as one makes the motor work you press two buttons at the same time

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
well the cetop on there is a simple change over for flow direction P to A & B to T - reversed when energised ... your motor should run when both/either buttons are pressed, so a wirig issue is the problem there @Giles

But the wiring worked and continuity is still there as green light on was only when I fully extended them did it decided not to retract them anymore, will try trigger them closer to solenoid

so they were retracting from say half stroke OK???

Yes, axle release bolts were stuck so was messing with them got them freed off and lubed sliding nicely lowered it down on hot wire which was yellow wire on trailer socket to white, up was yellow to blue. But then was jacking unlevel for some reason so sent them out fully to level then motors stopped running for down but valve opening

so at full stroke, dead ended and with a back pressure in the system it won't retract .... try dropping a pipe off somewhere to relieve the pressure and see if it helps

It’ll retract on its own weight but motor now won’t run so won’t lift legs up clear of wheels

Will the motor run to put the legs back out after they retract through gravity? If yes then I’d suggest wiring, if no I’d suggest wiring but also check the charge in the battery.

I can’t see it being a fuse if it’s working fine in one direction . Can you look at the wiring in the remote and see the colours to retract the legs then short the same colours at the pump to see if that’ll work .

Can you see a serial number stamped on the tow frame anywhere ?

Is everything else working ok ?

On my one it makes no odds dead ending the rams.
Pump comes in straight away as soon as you press the button . I reckon fault in the hand mote . Shouldn’t be difficult to figure out .
Removing the table though is really advisable if your fault finding though as it makes access so much handier

There must be something else that does the load holding as that two position ceetop valve only swaps the direction is there a po check on the pump housing. But then it can't work like that either as it lowers ok without the pump running. I suspect the cylinders are master and slave setup to keep level?

I think the trailer mote is wired different to the cabin mote . I think I tried mine before . Is your trailer an ifor tipper ? If so I will try my trailer mote on my cabin tomorrow and see if it works . They are side by side on site

I bought a new remote (£14 eBay) and worked out the wiring by touching wires and getting result no ifor remote.

Yes motor runs drives them out fine, generator was running chucking 14.8 into battery. On video I’d turned it off as was too noisy for video.
