Looks like it's set up for side tip with hydraulic sides but not sure how that would work on a ro-ro

it does, but guessing the lines are to connect to truck's hyd PTO to run the hiab .... 'praps it's not a ro ro but a complete sub-chassis for a truck ?

EDIT .. nope just looked again and is deffo a hooklift

I love the legs on that ... no ****ing about if you ain't got the space you can't put 'em down .. scissor action ... would think you'd need a good spread with that set up to keep it planted ... assume that's in Deutschland looking at the background?
nice piece of kit ...
pin on hook so would take a pin on clamshell too

You might lose the rotate to get it to open/close though.

Look at the bottom of the sides there is a big bracket and a linkage akin to a bucket linkage that lowers the sides. Usually seen on 3 way tip lorrys in Europe. They can alter the angle of the side as they tip so they don't bury their own wheels.

I presume that they are just a hydraulic supply and all the side and tailgate operations are on spools in the same line as the cranes
