Volvo ec25 blade issues

My Volvo ec25 (2004) slow putting blade to the ground but very fast lifting it back up.
It also has no power to lift the machine off the ground.
Cable adjustment is fine

Am I looking at seals in the swivel joint? Or has anyone seen this before?

or blade ram seals - easier first option - edges on the one motion side may have let go

Yea id be looking inside the ram first

Or again, if you can swap the hoses around to check it!
