That was my plan. Mate said we will sort it when live, person at each end with phonethink I might've numbered the ends as they went in![]()
you can special order 500m rolls as well ig you need them, pipe uncoiled look handy, is it a wagon hub based setupHave you got the pipe yet @diggerjones ? You can get it in 150m rolls… save some joints!
That makes most sense to me if all that's required is to label the meters. That was my plan. Mate said we will sort it when live, person at each end with phone![]()
Yes I think so. Best £40 I've spent. Not sure what the solution would have been other wise.you can special order 500m rolls as well ig you need them, pipe uncoiled look handy, is it a wagon hub based setup

think I'd create a chamber where all those joints are Dylan ..... no matter how well done up they are
It's in a field for grazing cattle. If there's leaks them one's will be the easy ones to fix. There's lots of fittings by the buildings 🫣think I'd create a chamber where all those joints are Dylan ..... no matter how well done up they are![]()
I cant believe on something like that the water board dont specify 1 big pipe. Seems crazy having them all individual for the full run.
Very true. Ive put 3 in at 40 or 50m before but when you go on the big newbuild sites they seem to run mains even up little cul de sacs and tap in individuallyThat's simple. Those pipes are the supply owners responsibility. one big pipe would be the water boards.
Yeah I originally thought there would be 1 larger pipe.Very true. Ive put 3 in at 40 or 50m before but when you go on the big newbuild sites they seem to run mains even up little cul de sacs and tap in individually

would think that would depend entirely on where the meters are sitedIt will all become adopted though. Same as the sewers.
God forbid you have a leak on 1 of the bottom pipesWe stick a 1m off cut vertical at joints like this makes them easier to find and trace the line once back filled leave it sticking up 100mm or so dependent on field use
