Alex @Op_Alx24/7 made one to go on his machine, for a similar job ... don't know whether he sold it or not ... PM him Dylan - he still looks in here now and again

We had a job putting in 100mm ducting.
A piece of scaffold tube held by the hydraulic-quick hitch jaw worked really well for uncoiling it. Would be even better with a piece of wood at the end of the scaffold tube as you had to hold it at an angle so it pulled onto the pole all the time instead of being able to hold it square

Got about 30x 32mm rolls of water pipe to unroll. Any ideas.
Thanks
Does you'rs come pre-kinked or do you have to do it your self?

I've trenched and laid about 1400m of 1" - had to return 3 rolls due to visible kinks before I'd cut the bands.

I've tried early morning with a due, late morning with nice sun and full summer sun (40C plus). Cut the bands an hour before unrolling to let it relax, but I've found no technique that will reliably roll it out without a getting a kink where it previously looked faultless.

The 1-1/4" x 150m here ships with a small coil inside a large coil - if yours is the same, only take the large coils, the mortality is lower.
