entrepreneur's relief did help, but IMHDO taper relief, which it'd replaced, may have been slightly better. ...Did you get any good tax breaks when you sold up @V8Druid ? There's entrepreneurs relief nowadays but not sure how it all works id bet you'd have to sell the company as well as any assets/premises
