A plant hire guy about a mile from me has 1, just had it resprayed a year or so ago. Think it's around 15 years old said best van he's had.
Brought the Avant back today along with a load of stuff on the truck they pull like a train

It’s been chatted about on forum before . The trailer Is the dear bit as needs to be aluminium to make the most of the situation, and the electric braking not cheap. I’d love to see it done. You’d need a hook lift really so you can run a mini set up like @Furniss but on a B+E license with no Operators license / tacho etc.

Clip rails are my friend!

We use clip rail in a crucifix pattern (if a square room) then concentric MLCP at 150mm centres and clip with gun.
You will get a more consistent floor temp with concentric , once you start using thermal cameras for looking at systems you can really see the difference.

The E19 clicked over 1000 hours yesterday. The E27 did the same on Wednesday.

The E19 is 2021, the E27 2024. Just shows how little I use the smaller machine.

exactly - Hire kit only for digging. You try and hire a machine with any thing other than a toothed digging bucket or a grader.

I did mine that year too. So we are on the uncapped version as in we can tow over 3.5t, obviously the vehicle/combination has to be able to.

I think the max of 3.5t on the b+e came in 2013 or 2017 without looking it up.

12 pallets of blocks shifted in the Slanetrac today, through the gate, up the steps, up a soil ramp and then up a ramp of crushed for 100 blocks and 1 ton of sand.
All done and away by 2, including an hour on the digger

Tbh I just use the clip together tracks and push a few clips in on the end loops. I don’t really do many ufh systems. Just done first half of our house and extension.

Had to take up a load of grassmat that didn’t work with grass (surprise!), relay with shingle .Plus ongoing handling work with the 3cx, been very handy ticking about for months with the current fuel cost

This little thing is 4 years old,earns a few quid though,and always handy to have at home.
