Need to get myself some of them toughbuilt tressels! Really handy things combined with some 4x2” and a sheet of ply makes a great workbench!
Those trestles do look good, especially like you say for making an 8x4 work bench but these Ketters are the absolute dogs whatsits for general work. On offer at the moment at tool station. Since I started using them for work I use them all the time, camping, stalls at events, anything and everything 👌👌
So portable and quick to set up/fold away.

tha's no cloud - that's a hanging 'vapour trail' .... had loads of 'em over us this morning - there for a few hours with little wind to disperse them --- cool pic though Alex .. and some nice gardening - gonna make 'gardener's world' jealous :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Apparently 168k in trees alone. I've been round the house and...if I had the money I wouldn't...it's obtuse.

Although that's not a complaint, I like the work from it.

I Worked on one house and the wood flooring for downstairs was 250k alone! Kitchen tap was 36k.. I rung up and asked to be paid after 6 weeks and got told ‘I’m not a fking bank’ 🤦‍♂️

I worked on the house of the recently ex wife of the CEO of Google Europe.
She was walking around the place complaining to all the trades and looking for sympathy that the divorce settlement only included 100k for landscaping.
It didn't even cover the cost of the beech hedge plants.

Add in inflation as it was around 2012 makes it nearly 50k 🤯 it was from Italy , it was delayed for some reason or other and the fella was going to send his private jet to go pick it up and send the supplier the invoice 😂 different world!!

Still on Tour with Mrs Stroppy . Currently eating our way across Belgium and enjoying 8.5% ABV beers. 120 miles in and probably half a stone heavier already 😂
We were getting Ferry across the river at Antwerp early this morning and saw this loaded barge go upstream, not sure on cargo.. sand maybe ? Caught up with it about 40 miles later as it was being unloaded above lock gates on river Dender. Like several others…. It has a car on the roof behind the bridge.. why?
Was being unloaded whilst we cycled past. Empty wagons queued up and a tractor pulled in as I watched. Triple axle on the dump trailer and front axle was lifted when empty. Rear axle was steering and maybe more than that. Hellava trailer!
Some serious land engineering going on round the corner and they are lining the INSIDE of the dyke with membrane and tarmac?
Very odd cycling along the top of dykes with water on the right being higher than the houses on the left.
Also saw a neat little all terrain Manitou Counterbalance FLT and an utterly ridiculously huge concrete gantry crane.
Health and Safety very lax here. No one wears hi vis, we cycled under a cherry picker in street (photo below) and also through a goods handing yard that straddled the cycle track. No one batted an eye. FLTs and HGV tractors whizzing around. Everyone chill about it but me 😂
