Question for the blokes that do this often as I forgot when the last time i repaired tarmac was ....12m long x 40cm wide and about 7/8 cm deep.

How much tarmac ....1 ton

Dont seem to do a lot of base coat over here.

Its not being posh or even structural integrity. It's simply that over here base is considerably cheaper than topping.

Yes, and perfectly. If it’ll cut it it’ll handle it no problem.

we got one round here ...... cost an absolute fooooooortune .... got away with all sorts, on a grade one listed structure ('cos it was gonna need to be rented out) and costs a small fortune if you want to rent it ..... owned by ... landmark trust

Bit of white an shite will see you right... Black grease on the white white paint and frequent fire loading mean that you don't see the rust so much on mine, which is good.
