They are I think 16T for the most, there are some bigger ones at 25Tnice work Boyo... looked very much like Hare's small C frame presses .... what sort of tonnage are they ?

The people who make whisky have to store it in oak casks for a minimum of 3 years before it can be called scotch whisky, there's 10's of millions of oak casks going around which need repairs and rework and one of the things they do is take the steel hoop off and remove the rivets holding it together and tighten it in slightly and fit new rivets. This is fitted back on the cask and driven on tighter then before and hopefully good enough for another term.
