Back on adblue investigation as it was a washout weather wise , there is adblue to dosing unit, supply pipe pressurises when the truck starts, injector nozzle is clear and so is pipe from dosing unit to the nozzle, this would suggest dosing unit problem...

seem to be able to buy a oem unit @ £500 + 50 postage from bison parts (£372 afterarket)

I`ve had both oem and aftermarket dosing units, granted they look simpler looking than that one, but both failed, the aftermarket lasted longer, and they stood by their product, the oem (bosch) took 3-4 months to look at it to say no problem with their part, which their clearly was, as I had to buy another to continue using the truck, when fitted no problems, refitted theirs problem returned.

Personally we have been running adblue vans for 5+ years and luckily no issues so far .
Friend of mine just bought a newish T6 and had remap/ad blue delete/dpf delete for a reasonable sum.

Just saying
On a certain vehicle I know of, the delete was cheaper than the cheapest part of the adblue system.

From talking to the lad who did it, it was only the adblue deleted, the dpf and egrs were all kept as standard, literally just map out the adblue

Would consider it on mine as I’ve just had a high oil level warning. I’m sure the software bit is easy, not sure how easy the mechanical bits are as there’s so many sensors and connections. Not like say a td5 where you just link a pipe and fit a blanking plate 🤣
