That my friend is where the world has gone to s**t! The amount of people I know that when pushed past the point of”they work in IT” can’t really say what they do, basically because for the most part they don’t really do anything! Can’t really beat a bit of digging😬

You could probably say the same about clerks and typists in the past. Industry needs organising.

I often think to myself what is the point in all this. But then realise your out and about different jobs all the time, embracing the weather- job satisfaction when it all goes right, providing a service which 8/10 times is providing a useful contribution towards whatever it is that makes the world go round.

You are completely right, I am sadly a bit cynical these days, born from years of working too many hours in a fairly hard game, but at heart I am still passionate about it and proud to be practical and adaptable, which is sadly what society lacks these days.
I am fortunate to have had a varied and quite successful career within the construction industry and can now to a degree do the work I want to do. It ain’t a bad way to earn a crust.
F**k knows where all this deep S##t has come from,,,oh yeah , the wine😬

😂

Sometimes I envy people who don't think. Must be lovely to bumble along in life without questioning your existence🤔

£120-140.

Not enough to make it worth it compared to digger work (round here at least) with cord at £90 per ton delivered in. I’ll use up this stack of cord then I’ll probably sell the processor.
How many cube does a ton of cord produce? Is it as much as 2?
