they're against anything (other than fkn trees - try eating them) Covid screwed a lot of small-ish shoots and the price of eggs to rear has climbed massively ..... won't stop the hoy paloy though .. and as said . ... consultation only ATM .... with the right people doing the leaning on/breathing down necks, it'll get swept away like lots of other things
