I'm selling this if any good to you? Does tow (I brought it back from Devon but it wasn't a pleasant trip) All works but no in date test certificate or toilet. I've always connected it to mains electric and use a hosepipe for the water supply as I'm always somewhere I can plug in.
Fitted two new tyres last year and also has a spare. Doesn't leak but has obviously done in the past so the ceiling could do with a paint and the floor is a bit soft in one corner - luckily where you don't ever need to walk!. Doesn't have road lights but I used the magnetic wireless ones and they do the job a treat. A good solid cabin has done me well the last 3 years.
£1200 no vat ono

I’ve a single wheel/axle groundhog with generator and toilet raises up and down all works well thinking of upgrading to twin wheel one so mine might be for sale if twin wheel one comes off at right money. Would be £5k though. Drying room, webasto night heater, toilet, hot hand wash, microwave.

I'll have a measure tomorrow, but at a guess its 10ft long, maybe 7ft wide and get some better pics although its tucked up in the woods at the farm currently.
Its an aluminium construction with a steel chassis.
I'm in Hampshire, near Basingstoke.

Mine is still available. I made zero effort to sell it last year. Details are exactly the same as they were before - its just slightly more green now from being sat under some trees.
I did use it this summer so its moved, and the brakes, handbrake all still work fine.

Yeah that would be ok. But I think I'm getting something locally. There's some be auctions round here

They always look terrible being towed. 1 on the M5 a few days ago behind a 4x4 look so unstable.

I can imagine. I'm thinking more like a container type one. We've got a few farms (barns) to develop in the next few years .
Moving it won't be a problem as farm (client) has plenty of tackle

We have one of the 12 person ones and it is a proper handful to tow, really it wants to be on the back of a 7.5t lorry. Has proper toilets though so nicer than a 6 person.

I took my 6 person cabin over the cat and fiddle.. was a nice steady drive I assure you!! The 20ft ones just look completely wrong being towed, must get pulled all the time with that on the back(although completely legal!)

May well swap mine in for a bigger one at the end of this job if you can wait another 10months or so got it as a trail to see how we get on with it and it’s great, but I just need a separate office as I’ve taken over the canteen!
