We have tablets when working for some of the highway work so you can do all your risk assessments permit to dig and so on and save all your photos into one file along with the paperwork to send to the client
Do you use safetyculture app? it free for up to 10 users and quite adaptable for small buisiness use.
The full paid version is really good.

No we have confirm now but used to have myworker. My worker was brilliant, everything all in one place including gamgpacks and coshh data. Have recording sheets near miss reports. And it would let you continue to the next section until everything including photos was completed on that section so forced gangs to do the paperwork properly. The main contractor has changed so we now use confirm which is a bit pointless as it is more of a tracking and photo logging app.
The other thing we use are jot forms
https://www.jotform.com
These are free.

These are really useful as you can create a form for a specific task with tick boxes drop down boxes and photo boxes. Once completed gets sent to an email so you can set up a dedicated email address. Would be easy to create a tick box site specific risk assessment with. We use it for things like inspections.

Also all management have site audit pro it's about 7 quid from the app store but is really useful to create a pdf of photos with description when quoting or on completion of a job.

I will look at safety culture as it sounds like it could be useful for one of the contracts.

Just downloaded it and had a play definitely works perfectly on the ground. What does the form look like once management receive it. Could it be turned into a pdf to share copies of

just about anything is PDF-able with full Acrobat ... have used it for years to secure documents, etc. ;) .. totally secure when locked down

Unless you unlock it 🙃
need a user and master password to do that though ;) and can still limit anything/everything with only a user password -- view only, print only, no changing doc., no copying doc., etc.

Cracking the password on acrobat is difficult, but removing it completely is easy.
The only evidence it's been tampered with is 'no / different password'.
if you're the creator .. doubt it's particularly easy if you're the recipient ??

Only seconds needed to remove a password and any/all restrictions.
Ever had a PDF that told you, you didn't have permission to print it?
(you just need the right tool)

That's exactly what it does - it strips out the password and any restrictions.
It doesn't 'crack' the password, so you can't pass it off as an original.
