Beyond a joke...forecast till Monday...everything's overflowing already and flood warnings out...had one dead Merc so far on the lane. Going to regret not fitting a snorkel to my new truck ..

have had it since Tuesday morning .. off and on ... more on than off though ... been better here this afters than forecast ... rest of the week looks diabolical .... got the wind with it this evening ... leccy been off three times so far

Hey thanks for reminder...ours has been fine so far but not that windy...but my starter batt has died on Genny I'll get it charged.

On plus side doing better job of keeping people in lockdown than the government as no one is making excuses to go out in it

so ........ what've you lot been getting this week and more specifically the last 24 hrs ....... has absolutely lashed it down here .... drains are running like crazy and forecast to leather down 'til at least 4 am ....... forecast was a good 30-35mm be surprised if that is all we've had TBH
this was last Christmas eve ..... on a par today

that's the sump that Clara likes to play in, throwing my 40mm down the pipe under the drive

and these were '16 ... same sort of rainfall ...... not long after I'd relocated those tanks and cleaned all the water channels out .. good job I did !!

all usually just a trickle to a gentle flow ........ not today they ain't
apart from a bit of a respite on Sunday .. rest of the week looks no better gonna be some flooding about the country

well as if yesterday wasn't wet enough, the night was even worse .... totally wild ..... roads like rivers here this morning .... tins on me bench have over 60mm of water in them and it hammered down again, just after Reo arrived ... to prove the point. He's given up again, despite the forecast saying a decent day 'til about 3 pm ..... it m,ost certainly ain't

Sunny here. Was on the blower to grass seed company yesterday moaning their winter mixture wasn't up to it. She offered me another bag but I said let's wait till after Xmas. Went out there today and little blades of grass everywhere. What an idiot.

We have had a dry Autumn - not turned wet till a couple of weeks ago so mustn't grumble.
