Ouch! must have been moving but with a full tank that's going to take some stopping .
anyone else finding red light jumping rife these days...?
Lost a mate a few years back to it ,guy came through at full tilt and hit him, killed almost instantly, find I'm subconsciously checking a lot more these days 🙄
I consciously check at lights .. have always done it .. never trust a 'red bulb' (it might not be lit ) -- treat it like any other junction  - with caution:unsure:

It had sticker on door saying white diesel only .it was hauling sludge out of the bottom of a resevoir from a water treatment plant .should be going on lorries as the journey it was doing is a 5hr round trip
Hope the driver has an HGV licence or he might be in a bit of trouble (and potentially uninsured…)

Have no idea the water company had contacted them guys to take off site .
Some was getting tinkered away with lorries. Personally it's ridiculous travelling 5hrs round trip with tractors should definitely be moved with lorries
Where is it being taken to and what happens to the sludge? Spread on fields or treated for contamination somewhere?

Sunday started normally for the core drillers at LNS. But they got a surprise during a routine drilling to sea.
Core driller Tor Morten Hætta says that after he had closed the tap to the water spray,
he discovered the remains of a cod lying on the deck of the drilling rig and when they looked further, they found its head under the engine case.
This was the first time they had encountered anything like this, and believe it or not this is not an April Fool's joke - just a very unlucky cod!

It's incredible to think that's all that holds the bridge up.

Economic terrorist with a Stihl cutoff saw could do some real damage

few of 'em though Doob ;):giggle:
I can remember going under the bridge, on the ferry, as it was being built - impressive

the week the Queen was due to open it, the Free Wales Army threatened to blow up the stone bearing the memorial plaque on the side of the road in Chepstow ..
my old man was assigned the task of hiding it for a week ..
took a truck down there, it was duly loaded on the back and he hid it for a week - brought it back the night before the opening and it had a guard all night. Never told a soul where he hid it and the truck - ever.
I suspect he hid it at David Broom's dad's farm in Chepstow as he was good friends with Fred and David.
