How?
Might have done something very similar once!!!!! Not the sort of think you do twice!Loaded on a hill possibly forgotten to put the jack's down on the trailer as the pavers gone up the ramps it's lifted the back of the unit and taken off
lol ... wrote this post last night and forgot to press post .... just found it looking at yoursThink some one forgot to open the air inlet on that tanker before they opened the outlet valve
Oops
Rob
forgot to open the breather cocks and vaccuum did the rest
it actually happened when it was driving along the road. Care to take a guess as to what happened?lol ... wrote this post last night and forgot to press post .... just found it looking at yours.... great minds mate

Yep, was trying to work out why it it had done it parked up with nothing around it, unless it was just dropped off there.it actually happened when it was driving along the road. Care to take a guess as to what happened?
left the PTO in with the pump running and sucked the guts out of it ..... saw a diesel tank on a truck imploded like it once when the breather blocked and the lift pump just sucked it to deathit actually happened when it was driving along the road. Care to take a guess as to what happened?
that'll have spoiled a couple of folk's week ....... horrendous levels of rainfall in some places ... in excess of a month's worth in less than a day FFS
He had just tipped a load of distillery effluent at 80 odd degrees, closed all the valves up and was heading back for another load and in the colder air the temperature dropped inside the tank and created a vacuum in the tank, the tank manufacturer wrongly fitted a pressure relief valve to the tank instead of a combined vacuum/pressure relief valve that was specific. It crumpled up mid transit.left the PTO in with the pump running and sucked the guts out of it ..... saw a diesel tank on a truck imploded like it once when the breather blocked and the lift pump just sucked it to death
Yep was just dropped off there until it was decided what was going to be doneYep, was trying to work out why it it had done it parked up with nothing around it, unless it was just dropped off there.
did wonder if it might've been temp. related, but not an insulated tank so didn't go there .....He had just tipped a load of distillery effluent at 80 odd degrees, closed all the valves up and was heading back for another load and in the colder air the temperature dropped inside the tank and created a vacuum in the tank, the tank manufacturer wrongly fitted a pressure relief valve to the tank instead of a combined vacuum/pressure relief valve that was specific. So would it of lifted the back of the tanker off the ground as he was driving, or lifted the back wheels of the tractor unit up?....and would something like that be instance or would it happen slowly?Yep was just dropped off there until it was decided what was going to be done
