Dont know much about wagon trailers.. but that must have been above 2500kg...
axles and wheels'd've been going that.
's what we did with Russ and his crane, here to get the trailer round for the last box, when they were coming in - picked the arse and swung it round the boxes as Chris backed up his unit - he said it was a weird sensation with the trailer going no where near where he'd ordinarily expect it to go, but 5 mins and he was out and gone :giggle:
thought i might have had a pic, but the 'photographer' 'd gone off to make the coffee by then .. but you get the idea - wasn't a lot of room for everything - and crack the trailer round -- IIRC we did it for #2 and #3 ... POP

What man as done, man can do, what never has, maybe
I’ve done it a few times when getting 20’ boxes into tight spaces lift the arse of the trailer with the box on the back with the my crane
Even got special hooks that go into the trailer wheels so it lifts them to save going too high to clear the ground 👍

One of the lads on here posted about one like this a few months ago. Halfway between a moffett and all terrain pallet forks. Useful tool for small rough yards

Yip handy machine, I think it'll be too wide to fit on an ifor williams trailer as is though. The front wheels need to be on the inside.

The whole boom slides sideways on the pivot pin. Really good system tbh makes the headstock smaller lighter and improves visibility.
well that's cool ... explains why I couldn't see it .. does it not make it unstable, loading to one side?
