Horrific 🤣🤣 going to bedminster?
nah -- too far out for Bedminster -- sign for coalpit heath park and ride
lived in Bristol '76 -'79, when I was in TTC there and having my own transport, got to know the city well .. still have quite a few friends there, but hell has it changed :(

I saw another article about that move somewhere - the cradles carrying the sub can rotate it (so they could tip it on its side to get under height restrictions!!!).
Imagine the costs involved?!
yeh I saw the rotators and assumed that'd be the likely reason for them

Believe it or not that set up is 100 percent legal.. fastrac is on Irish plates..and running in the Republic of Ireland look at the road markings
Ok:

A25D - 21T.
Fastrac max tow cap 18t...

UK max is 31t train for trac and trailer obvs not sure what Irish is? Or is it plated as a truck? Interesting to know

Also that fastrac can be HGV reg in Ireland so has the capacity to run at maybe 46 ton on 6 axles lot of 4 axle hgv spec trailers being towed by tractors atm over here in the south

It’s legal.. hard to believe but it is.. and most heavy setups are using ball and spoon hitch I think they are rated higher drawbar weight
yeh the 3" B&S coupling does have a much higher rating ..... still bloody insanity rating an FT at 46t with a semi imposed load, like that - behind the rear axle - the same as a fully imposed load on an artic unit and trailer's 5th wheel - madness !!
