hadn't considered the possibility (or need) for a CLRV ... but yeh would make sense in case of a sudden halt and if faulty'd be redirecting oil across the linesUnless they have a cross line relief in the pump in case of a lock up, but it sounds like the oil is going through the hydrostatic and back around to turn the other wheel in an opposite direction, ( so turning the pump but with engine stopped!! If there is a cross line relief then this could be at fault.
