Can we work out the age from the vin no.

Technically if pulled thats not good enough.
If lights are fitted they should be functional.
Easy enough now with LEDs being so cheap. Also word of warning ifor bulb holders do not like being run at 24v even with 24v bulbs fitted.
Probably better built on the older ones but last generation before they went to LEDs melted.

My understanding is you can run using a light board. The kicker is though that you'd need front marker lights and side running lights..... Which means the light board is not enough on it's own.

But regarding all fitted lights working, provided you have the required lighting under C&U regs at the roadside there is no issue..... MOT all the lights must work.

I think the X in the VIN means it is 1999.
How many leaves in the springs? 3.5 tonne Ifor trailer axles have 2.
I’ve got a full set of 12’’ 3.5 tonne Ifor wheels (some with good tyres, will need a couple of new tyres to make a set) that came off a tipper that I was going to stick on eBay. Let me know if you want them - I’m sure we could do a swap for beer etc...

I would say that the mudguards aren’t original they have replaced black plastic ones, which don’t act quite as well as steps! The wheels are original not too small!

Mick could be right imho. Proper ifor would either be plastic or steel chequer plate and welded on then galvanised complete with trailer. Yours look to be made of alloy plate and bolted on?
May be wrong mind I'm no ifor expert by any means.

Yes alloy and bolted. Ramps are alloy aswell

I said that earlier too

Deff don't look original and would of been fitted lower down.

I had a look round it today and there's no other holes anywhere, where you would expect.
