Yeah some fun angles and tricky bits low power cables on one part that had to be covered as only a few feet off them
It's a blended clay and gravel mix that you can get different shades and stone colours got to order enough or next batch will be slightly different if short
National trust use it a lot on their paths
You put it in minimum of 50mm and up to 100mm and compact with a plate compactor to seal it

You Can put a base of ecoblend type one down and then put the hoggin on thinner as it will bind with the ecoblend

If you are putting type one down anyway then this could save a lot of money

Just got back from work 12hrs today couldn't get crane lorry till half 4 this afternoon so by time it was loaded in the carpark and driven round and set up to lift again it was gone 5 to lower the tank in the hole then a mad dash to fill it up to half way to be safe for the night

A over grown lane I cleared out for a farmer last week as council new cycle/foot/bridal way is getting put through top of his fields and others along a main road but his side of hedge
So had to make it look used to not lose access at the top end
So grubbed up all the bulky growth with grab first and dropped over hedge into his field for burning
Then ran over it with 3ft bucket to take and pull out remaining growth and roots and then a final pass with grading bucket to cast up soil build up on lane floor to top of hedge

The farmer said just after the war the field on the left was a plantation and they blew up the tree roots to clear it

Finished off the 2 new builds dig waiting on full detail plans for footings and retaining wall didn't have much to sit on left so will be back in a few weeks with 5 ton to pull foundations
Tracked up the road and waited for artic for an hour or so , not so bad on a sunny hot day Like to day

Dig and place in one foul swoop and any top soil left was spread ahead of next bucket full of heather and gorse
