Have I seen you guys discussing fluid in handle levels affecting this?

No Oil under engine, but handle appears to be on the underside not above.

Where the handle is bolted, above it is the reservoir for the hydraulic oil, if the handle is underneath then I suspect it’s on wrong!

Should this undo? Had 20 odd stone on strong arm after big DEWALT 1/2 rattle gun refused tried both ways.

Swapped handle right way, drained all water out water trap, knocked a ton of dust out filter poor thing had coffee cup of fine dust in it. Ordered new one but take a few days.

The big nut you can't undo. You could try a real good clean hit with a hammer flat on the face of the nut to shock it. It'll be the same as the hyd tank cap on the takis it'll be kin tight over time.

use a T bar to apply serious pressure with handle properly supported and give the top of the tee bar a couple of good whacks with a decent knockometer ... should shock it enough to break the stiction ... I'd be guessing that's the fill point

use a proper lump on it .. copper head'll not give the same shock

Got it undone, hot day and 5 foot snap on breaker bar. Filled it up but can hear it leaking out down by plate when you activate handle without it running.

So guess I’m taking it apart see what’s going on in the inards

There is a small hose at the bottom, could be that!

Changed the awkward pipe no longer leaking but still no reverse annoyingly
